Overall I would say it is not bad enough to avoid buying if you were really wanting it, these issues are very minor and can all be traced back to one thing: The thumbstick in the UI. It also seems a little blurry ( Nevermind!), but I'm sure some ini tweaks will come out in the next few days that will alleviate it The touch pads are a little touchy when moving around the UI (have to flick them fast) and I find the needing to click the thumbstick down to turn a bit weird for front facing, but other than that it isn't bad. My personal review, immersive as hell and is 'ok' on the rift.
